I was born and raised in Porterville, CA. As a local builder and developer my father exposed me to many different sides of real estate from a very early age. I graduated from Monache High School and headed down to sunny San Diego to pursue my college degree. In 2001, I graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with honors and moved back to Porterville to begin doing loans for Country Club Mortgage. ( I went to H.S in Castaic, when it was a small town). So we came out here on July 4, 2003 and bought the first house we saw (no regrets, don’t recommend it) It was a fixer and I pretended to be the general contractor (no regrets, don’t recommend it). I got tired of waiting for people to show up, so I taught myself to do a lot of the work myself. I am a self proclaimed mud queen. My friends have told me that they were inspired to do the work themselves on their projects because they saw what I did. We also bought a duplex, because I wanted a passive income which has worked.

Hello my name is Liz Estrada.    Let me start by saying thank you for take the time to read my Bio.  I have lived in Visalia my entire life as well as my husband Francisco. We feel privileged to be able to raise our five beautiful children in Visalia.  Since I was a child I remember my love for Real Estate although I didn't know at the time.  I just know that I loved viewing homes, and would beg my parents to take me to open houses.  As and adult I have always loved meeting new people and making new friends, and of course going to open houses. However it wasn't until buying our first home, and feeling totally clueless to the home buying process, that I decide to get educated.  In educating myself, it lead me to a six year career in mortgage lending and real estate sales.  As well as my personal cursade to educate people in the home buying process.  You know the saying "Knowledge is Power" well in real estate it should be taken literally.  I feel that is through my own experiences of frustration in buying and selling my own home.  I can relate to people and help them get through it with confidence and self-assurance that they are making the right decision for there family.  I thank God everyday for my wonderful family, and for giving me a career where I can work wonderful people everyday.  He is truly a loving and generous God and I am grateful for his blessings everyday.
