I have been in the real estate business for over 27 years. I began as a REALTOR in the 1980's, and then I became a Real Estate Loan Officer for Bank of the Sierra during the 90's. I followed this by obtaining a General Contractors License with my partner, and now husband, Bryan Cahill, in 1997. I obtained a real estate broker's license in 2013 and I earned a Master's Degree from Brandman University in Visalia, CA, July of 2013. In December of 2013, I became certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist. The course focused on the knowledge and skill base needed to specialize in buying, selling, or managing second homes in a resort, recreational, and/or vacation destination and properties for investment, development, or retirement. Classes included resort and second home tax laws, disaster prevention and recovery, publicity, networking and working with international buyers.
My family has been in the Camp Nelson area since the 1950's and I am very familiar with the area, the real estate market and its many unique attributes. I love helping people find the property that suits them best, and making new friends happy.
